How to Get Help Faster
When reaching out for support, including the right details upfront helps us resolve your issue much faster. Here's what to include depending on your situation:
- Signing issues: The error message you're seeing, whether you're using a free or paid certificate, and your device model and iOS version.
- Installation problems: Whether you've enabled Developer Mode (required on iOS 16+), whether you're using a DNS profile, and a screenshot of the error if possible.
- Certificate questions: Your order ID (if applicable), the type of certificate you purchased, and what you're trying to accomplish.
- Payment issues: Your Stripe receipt email or order ID, the plan you purchased, and a description of the problem.
The more context you provide, the faster we can help. Our Discord support tickets are the best place for detailed troubleshooting since we can go back and forth with you in real time.

Found a bug in the Web Signer? Noticed something broken on the site? We appreciate reports from the community — they help us improve the platform for everyone. When reporting a bug, include the steps to reproduce the issue, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Screenshots or screen recordings are extremely helpful.
